This is a build I put together today, after some trading. It was fairly effective, as far as I've seen. The gate's are really good here, ditto the staffs, which double as creature removal.

Horay for blue beatdown. Basically, the idea is to wreck them with big, flying creatures. Plus, I've wanted to use anthroplasm for so very long. It's great with High Tide too. Anyway, I know the deck isn't very consistant right now, but alas, I threw it together out of random cards I had. Inclusions I hope to add soon:
